5. Paid Services

BrightCase may offer optional paid services including: • Deep Companion Sessions • Support packages • Organization assistance • Case summaries • Document organization (non-legal)

Payments are final once the service has been delivered.

6. Eligibility

To use BrightCase, you must: • be at least 18 years of age • reside in the United States • agree to these Terms

7. Communication

We may communicate with you via: • WhatsApp • Email Messages may be stored for support purposes.

8. Confidentiality (Non-Privileged)

BrightCase is not a law firm; therefore communications: • are not attorney–client privileged • may not be protected under legal confidentiality statutes

However, we treat user information respectfully and maintain privacy as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law: BrightCase is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• use of the platform • reliance on messages • legal outcomes • financial loss • emotional distress

11. Governing Law
