Who is BrightCase for?
BrightCase is designed for anyone who:
• feels overwhelmed by a legal situation • doesn’t know how to explain their story • feels alone or misunderstood • wants support in Chinese / English / Spanish
• is scared to ask their lawyer too many questions • wants emotional clarity before making decisions
Is BrightCase anonymous?
Yes. You can stay anonymous and use any nickname. Share only what you feel comfortable sharing.
What BrightCase CAN Do
We can:
• listen without judgment • help you calm down • help you organize a timeline • explain legal terms in simple language • help you understand general court processes
• help you prepare questions for your lawyer • help you read your documents (non-legal interpretation) • respond with supportive voice messages
• communicate in English / Chinese / Spanish All support focuses on emotional stability and clarity, not legal interpretation.
What BrightCase CANNOT Do
We CANNOT:
• give legal advice • determine guilt or innocence • interpret your evidence legally • predict case outcomes • draft motions or legal filings • contact courts or prosecutors
• represent you in any legal matter • replace a licensed attorney For legal decisions, you must speak with a lawyer.

Are the first questions free?
Your first 5 emotional-support questions are completely free. You may send: • text • voice messages • screenshots.
What happens after the free questions?
You can choose:
A. $19.90 — Deep Companion Session (30 minutes), A structured emotional-support session through voice + text.
B. Continue free (slower response) You may continue messaging, but response times may vary.
Do you offer refunds?
If a session was already delivered, refunds generally are not available. If we failed to respond or provided no service, we will credit or redo the session.
SECTION 4 — How BrightCase Support Works
How do I start?
Simply complete a short intake form in the "Guidance" page, Then we will reply you by your preference of WhatsApp or Email for communication.
How fast will I get a reply?
Typically: • 10–30 minutes during support hours • up to a few hours during busy periods • always within 24 hours
Will I speak with a real person or AI?
You get a combination: • Real human emotional-support partner • AI assistant for general explanations. But the calming, listening, organizing, and guiding is human-led.
Do you support multiple languages?
Yes. We support: • English • Chinese • Spanish. You will receive replies in the same language you use.

Do you sell or share my data?
Never. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.
Are my messages confidential?
Yes — your information is privately handled. However, because BrightCase is not a law firm, your messages are not protected by attorney-client privilege.
Do you store my documents?
Only if you choose to upload them. You may request deletion at any time.

Can BrightCase tell me what to do legally?
No. We do not provide legal advice.
We only help you: • understand general processes • organize your story • prepare questions • reduce panic • feel more stable and clear-minded
Do I still need a lawyer?
Yes. BrightCase does not replace a licensed attorney.
What if this is an emergency?
We cannot handle emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, call 911.

Can BrightCase help even if I already have a lawyer?
Will BrightCase talk to my lawyer?
Will my lawyer know I’m using BrightCase?
Absolutely. Most users come to BrightCase because they already hired a lawyer but still feel lost.
We help you: • prepare questions • understand your lawyer’s explanations • handle emotions • think clearly before decisions
No. We do not contact lawyers, courts, or third parties.
Only if you tell them.
SECTION 8 — Other Questions
What states do you support?
All 50 states. Because we don’t give legal advice, our emotional-support model works nationwide.
Can you help with criminal, civil, or immigration stress?
Yes — emotionally and informationally. But we do not provide legal interpretation or strategy.
What if I stop replying?
We will send one gentle check-in. Then we wait until you’re ready again.
